30-Day Return Window
We want you to love your Hanazono® products. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.
Return Conditions
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Cosmetic items (such as lipstick and false eyelashes) must be unopened and unsealed for hygiene reasons.
How to Start a Return
1. Email service@hanazono-beauty.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide a return authorization and instructions.
3. Ship the item(s) back within 14 days of receiving the authorization.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping.
